What is ColdStart Technology?

The majority of Voda Plumbingware’s range of Sink mixers have now been re-engineered with the cold water setting at the top.

That’s normally the fully mixed Hot/Cold position on other mixers. With Cold Start Technology you only turn on cold water when the lever is in this upright position.  By having it set to full cold in this position instead of mixed hot and cold you use less hot water, minimising activation of gas califonts and reducing hot water wastage.

This also allows the Sink mixer to be installed closer to the wall if required, as the lever doesn’t get pushed back towards the wall during operation.  Great for use in a butlers pantry or scullery, with butlers sinks, or tight bench spaces.
